The Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault holds events

and trainings throughout the year. Most events are held in the month of April

which is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and includes events such as Dine Out for Safety and Denim Day.  If you have any questions about our events, email us at sacasainfo@arizonaschildren.org.

 

Survivor Support Network Open House – Wednesday, January 25, 2012

4:30pm-6:30pm, SACASA, 1600 N. Country Club Rd., Tucson, AZ.  

Join supporters, survivors, staff, and community leaders to learn about the state of sexual assault in southern Arizona and re-pledge your support to this vital community resource.  Use the power of your voice to end sexual violence!

Pima County Battered Immigrant Women’s Taskforce training

Thursday, February 16th 2pm-4pm, SACASA, 1600 N. Country Club Rd. For any professional  who thinks they work with undocumented victims of crime and abuse. 

Free, Call 434-0195 to register, seating is limited.

Meet Us On The Street: March 18-24,2012

Dine Out for Safety: April 25, 2012

Support survivors of sexual assault and your local rape crisis center by enjoying a great meal at participating local restaurants. Up to 20 percent of the proceeds from your meal go to support direct services for survivors. Join with your community to support crucial services for some of our most vulnerable community members.

Planning meetings for Dine Out for Safety are held every Monday (with the exception of MLK day) from 2p-3:30pm at the SACASA office at 1600 N. Country Club.
