Dine Out for Safety | April 15, 2026
Who will you Dine Out for? That’s the question being asked around Tucson as “Dine Out for Safety” returns on April 15th for its 27th year. The facts are staggering:
• Someone is affected by sexual violence every 68 seconds.
• One in six women – and 1 in 33 men – will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime.
• 47% of transgender individuals are sexually assaulted in their lifetime.
We’re asking our communities to help us help survivors of sexual assault. Dine Out for Safety is a unique and fun county-wide event that encourages the community to support survivors of sexual abuse and assault by simply gathering up their friends and family and dining out.
On April 15th, 22 local restaurants in the Tucson metro area have joined in the effort by agreeing to donate proceeds from sales to the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (SACASA) in an effort to increase awareness about SACASA’s vital services. 100% of the proceeds will stay in the local community to support survivors of sexual violence.
The Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (SACASA) is a community resource that provides advocacy, medical care, therapy, education and support for individuals and families impacted by sexual trauma. SACASA provides a safe place for survivors to heal. This event is held each year in April as it is Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
Monty Manicure's Chaos Chord | Sunday, December 14
Lights, glitter, and holiday magic are taking center stage! The holiday-themed drag show Chaos Chord is bringing dazzling performances, bold artistry, and festive fun to Sky Bar Tucson on Sunday, December 14 at 7 PM.
This one-of-a-kind event features entertainers from across Arizona in a night of music, dancing and audience participation, all for a powerful cause. Proceeds benefit the Southern Arizona Center Against Sexual Assault (SACASA), helping provide critical advocacy, medical care and support for survivors of sexual violence in our community.
