Legislation update! Survivors can obtain lifetime no-contact injunctions (protective orders) for new offenses.In Arizona, a victim can request a lifetime no-contact injunction against a defendant who has been convicted of certain offenses. Starting September 13, 2024, this has EXANDED to now include voyeurism, stalking and aggravated assault (in addition to previously covered dangerous offenses). Did you know? SACASA advocates are available to support survivors with safety planning including filing Orders of Protection and Injunctions Against Harassment.
