Donor Privacy Policy

We collect information about donors and prospective donors through donations, community events and online requests. Information stored usually includes:

  • Contact information: name, address, email address, telephone number(s);
  • Giving Information;
  • Information on events attended, publications received and special requests for information; and
  • Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions.

SACASA uses donor information to understand their interests in our mission and to update donors on the organization’s plans and activities. Access to donor information is strictly limited to professional staff who need to process data.

SACASA does not sell or share names, contact information or any personally identifiable information with any third party unless permission has been granted.

If you desire to remove your name from our postal mailing list, email us at info@codac.org or call (520) 202-1750 and request to be removed. You can unsubscribe from email communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in all our messages.
